The Touchfinger mobile application is developed to facilitate official administrative work, field activity monitoring and communication between authorized users and administrators.

For authorized BDO users, live location is collected only during official working hours for official field monitoring.

• Employee ID, Department, Designation
• Device information
• Foreground and Background Location (Authorized BDO users only)

3. Purpose of Location Collection

• Verify official field visits.
• Monitor field work during office hours.
• Maintain transparency and official records.
• Generate administrative reports.

4. When Location is Collected

• User is logged in.
• User is an authorized BDO.
• Office working hours are active.
• Required location permission is granted.
• Tracking is enabled by the department.

Tracking automatically stops when the user logs out, goes offline, office hours end, or location permission is revoked.

5. Background Location Permission

Background location is requested only for authorized BDO users so that official field tracking continues during office hours while the app is running in the background.

6. Data Usage

Information is used for authentication, field monitoring, reporting, security, technical support and legal compliance.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. Data may be shared only with authorized administrators and technical support teams.

8. Data Security

We use secure communication (HTTPS), access controls, authentication and industry standard security practices.

9. Data Retention

Location history and user information are retained only as long as required for official administrative and legal purposes.

10. User Rights

Users may request access or correction of their information where permitted. Disabling mandatory permissions may affect app functionality.
